Nancy Medoff is a visionary change advocate and innovative hospitality executive.
She is best known for developing high-performing sales teams and industry leaders through practical management, interactive training and insightful motivation. With her distinctive ability to balance strategy and tactics, she has proved success in creating and implementing successful growth plans supported by customer centricity and aligned with organizational objectives.
After 25 years in global sales leadership and operations at Marriott International, Nancy pivoted hercareer and expanded her skills by joining one of the “big three” travel intermediaries. There she built, developed and led an Enterprise Sales Organization focused on customer-centric and enterprise-wide solutions with the goal of positive market disruption.
As a trusted consultant, thought leader, and speaker in the U.S. and Europe, Nancy has spearheaded several sales and leadership workshops, including: Leading Through Change; Creating a Winning Sales Culture; Motivating High-Performance Teams; Leveraging Confidence in the Workplace; and What’s Your Personal Value Proposition. Among her clients are one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies and several hotel brands including Best Western International and WINiT for Women.
Nancy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Tourism and Travel Administration and an MBA with a concentration in international business. She is currently an adjunct professor at Boston University, teaching Strategic Marketing and Sales Management. She is also the co-founder, co-chair, and keynote speaker for Boston University’s Women’s Leadership Conference.
A travel aficionado and fitness ninja, Nancy is a two-time Marathoner and avid Soul-Cycle enthusiast. She views life as an ongoing journey to pursue one’s passions and to create a compelling and dynamic personal brand.
