In March 2019, Mick was recruited to lead the newly formed Global Corporate Experience Division at BNY Mellon, comprising of travel, events, executive dining, food + beverage, corporate aircraft, and conference and shared services worldwide.
Mick has over 25 years of progressive international management experience with a primary focus on operational excellence, talent optimization and innovative and ground breaking solutions in travel and hospitality. From 1994 to 2015, Mick held the role of Managing Director at Citibank, Credit Suisse, CIBC Oppenheimer, Liz Claiborne Inc. and Freeman Exhibitions, in Dallas, Texas, London England and NYC, leading travel, events, corporate aircraft, media services and shared services organizations. In 2014 she founded ARROW212, a project execution practice focused on executive coaching, talent optimization, networking events and operational excellence to support travel and meetings colleagues to optimize their programs.
In January 2014, Mick founded WINiTforWomen, a nonprofit organization of women and men focused on the career development, visibility and promotion of women in the hospitality industries. From 2016 to 2018, Mick served as President and Buyer for WINiT for Women. In August 2018, she sold the WINIT brand to GBTA, the Global Business Travel Association, in order to take the organization global and further strengthen programming for women led initiatives and serves as the Vice Chair of the newly formed board.
Mick is the proud single mom to 16 year old Jaxx and serves on various committees and boards at GBTA, ACTE, Business Travel News, Travel + Leisure magazine and the BNY Mellon WIN network, focused on women in finance
