Mick has over 25 years of progressive international management experience with a primary focus on chief of staff, communications and expense management roles in travel, meetings & events and corporate services. She has lived and worked in New York, Texas, Toronto and the U.K. and is a results oriented and passionate leader with a proven track record of building and transforming global businesses and driving profitable results managing $5b+ and leading over 5,000 staff in more than 100 countries. Her approach is complemented by the critical ability to influence peers and balance spend reduction with required service levels, risk mitigation and talent optimization.

In January 2014, Mick founded WINiTforWomen; a nonprofit organization of women and men focused on career development, visibility and promotion of women in the travel, meetings, events and exhibitions industries, which was sold to GBTA in August of 2018.

Since 2014, Mick leads initiatives under ARROW212, a project execution practice focused on talent and operational optimization which has been her full time focus since 2016.

From 1994 to 2015, Mick held the role of Managing Director at Citibank, Credit Suisse, CIBC Oppenheimer and Liz Claiborne, Inc and managed a year-long project as SVP of Freeman in Dallas, Texas, leading travel, events, corporate aircraft, media services and shared services organizations.

Mick is a proud single mom of her 15 year old son, Jaxx and has been a fierce advocate for women, believing that every women has the ability to forge the life and career that she wants.
