As Vice President – Sales Operations and Development, Kristen leads a global team responsible for increasing premium revenue and elevating the B2B and B2B2C experience for sales customers. With 30-years of experience in the aviation industry leading airline reservations and customer experience teams, Kristen understands the importance of humanizing the business.
Kristen has led advancements in technology and customer support, strengthening Delta’s relationship with key corporate and travel agency partners – valued in excess of $20 billion annually. Named one of the 25 Most Influential Business Travel Executives by Business Travel News, Kristen is known for being a true champion of the customer.
Kristen is a board member of the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) Foundation, The Beat/BTN Group and sponsor of the Sub-Saharan Education Project (SSEP). She is also active in organizations including the Association of Corporate Travel Executives, Revenue 50 and She Leads Media. Within Delta, she is an executive sponsor of GENGAGE, WISE, the American Heart Association and a Diversity and Inclusiveness board member.
Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from California State University – Long Beach, College of Business Administration.
