As Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Best Western® Hotels & Resorts, Dowling directs all marketing and sales strategies. In this role, Dowling oversees the brand’s advertising, loyalty program, consumer and digital partnerships, field marketing, public relations, B2B marketing and sales efforts.
Dowling has served on GBTA’s Allied Leadership Council, serving as Vice President since 2013.
