Delores Alexander is vice president of the Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Operations (MSC&O) – Indirect Supply Chain organization. In this role, Delores leads the overall strategy, contracting, daily management and development of the non-production goods and services supply chain for The Boeing Company. She reports to the MSC&O Senior Vice President and is a member of the MSC&O Leadership Team. In addition, she serves on the Boeing Enterprise Supplier Management Leadership Team.
Delores previously was director of the Shared Services Group (SSG) Supplier Management Information Technology organization, responsible for strategy development and operational execution of the indirect acquisition of IT goods and services; Learning, Training & Development solutions; and Executive Flight Operations support. She also led the SSG Supplier Diversity organization and the SSG Supplier Management Systems and Tools team. She reported to the Vice President of SSG Supplier Management as a member of the SSG Supplier Management Leadership Team. Delores served as the executive business partner to the Chief Information Officer and a member of the IT Extended Leadership Team.
Delores joined The Boeing Company as a college graduate of Gonzaga University. With the exception of a three year departure to AT&T Wireless, she has worked for Boeing in various capacities related to procurement and supply chain. She has had the opportunity to explore many aspects of the procurement field with varied commodities and different procurement strategies in areas of supply chain management, supplier diversity and strategic sourcing.
Delores obtained both her Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. In 2018, she was recognized with the Women of Color STEM Managerial Leadership Award.
Delores is actively involved in community service an avid supporter of adult literacy programs. In her spare time, Delores enjoys recreational travel, reading and cycling.
