Aileen Furlong is the Managing Director of Specialty Sales at United Airlines. She joined United’s Sales team in December of 2018 and is responsible for leading United’s Leisure, Niche, Onshore, Corporate Acquisition, Sales laboratory and business development functions.
Aileen is travel industry veteran and Sales & Marketing expert with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions, driving customer loyalty and forging successful partnerships for United. She joined United’s Network Planning team in 2000 after receiving her MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Since then she has held a variety of commercial leadership roles across United’s Marketing, New Ventures, Customer Experience and Loyalty divisions where most recently she was responsible for Mileage Plus program strategy, Premier programs, airline partnerships, operations, and global credit card programs.
Aileen received her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and currently serves on the Georgetown University Alumni Association’s Board of Governors.
